An Excellent Stay by the Marina

The location was superb, right by the marina (a great spot for evening strolls). The pool was well kept, providing ample space for relaxation. I found the availability of parking on site particularly convenient, removing any stress associated with finding a space.

the location is very convenient being close to the marina with many restaurants and shops within a short walk.
i was disappointed that the towels were only changed a few times during the week i stayed there it meant using the same towels for several days the towels were also quite rough and thin i think the hotel needs to improve this. also the pool bar closed too early i wanted an early evening drink by the pool but it was closed.

The room had sufficient space and complete kitchen facilities. It was quite convenient. the rooms including general areas were super clean. I found it a great testament to well-managed accommodations. the location was perfect as it was right on the marina! clean. I am thankful.
i found that the drains in the bathroom occasionally emitted a smell, though flushing the chain seemed to alleviate it, but it was sorted out quickly.

the hotel is near local shops, restaurants, and bars and directly fronts the marina! it is a very walkable location and makes accessing different points of interest quite accessible for tourists. everything is in close proximity.

Really good Hotel Experience

i liked the cleanliness throughout THE entire hotel including the grounds. staff members were always cute. it was easy to walk along the promenade daily because restaurants are nearby.
the hotel gave us plastic cups for coffee instead of a cup and saucer. Also the view from the apartment faced the car park instead of the pool. i felt disappointed about this issue.

The breakfast offered many options. All were tasty. the pool bar provided great value for lunches, also delicious. A supermarket is located close, just two minutes away.

the hotel is only a short walk to the marina, which has many restaurants. there are lovely walks along the promenade, ideal for evening strolls. Playa Dorada beach is a gentle 15-minute walk away.

the pool area was immaculate and very quiet, ensuring relaxation. Plenty of sun loungers were available at any time of day. there are a launderette , so they are able to pack light.

the staff were ALL very friendly and helpful at all times. the manager was visible and attentive, regularly checking that everything was perfect. the reception team was always ready to assist with any needs.

i was really disappointed with the room i got. i booked a superior apartment, it faced the car park instead of the pool view i expected. the kitchen lacked basic things, like a draining board and a bottle opener which was quite inconvenient. the towels were also quite rough and thin. it felt more like a budget stay than the 4-star experience i anticipated.

Check-in was quick (I really liked that). The apartment was spacious. The location is great for access to the marina restaurants.
The kitchen had few sockets. This made using appliances difficult. There was building noise behind the place and at the supermarket. The management seemed unhelpful when I had to check out early.
